Governor Appoints 13 to Film Advisory Commission

The commission, located within the Michigan Department of History, Arts and Libraries (HAL), assists the Michigan Film Office in promoting the state?s film, television and video production industries and attracting media business to Michigan. It also has the responsibility to advise the Governor, HAL, Film Office and the legislature on how to promote and market Michigan locations, facilities, crews, talent and related services.
